The Total Experience

 

For the Client who want the expertise of a Month-of Event Coordinationn professional consultant and coordinator to make their vision come to life!!

  • Complementary Deep-dive Consultation

  • Budget Development (or an Analysis of your existing budget)

  • Vendor search and selection 

  • Venue selection and up to 3 site visits 

  • Extensive and detailed Event timeline for vendors and bridal party

  • Vendor management and coordination on day of event

  • Participant (i.e. Bridal Party) coordination

  • Guest List Management and seating plan layout

  • Complete Planning Checklist with Online Tracking

  • Optional electronic RSVP tracking

  • Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination services on day of event (includes ceremony)

  • Arrange transportation and accommodations for out of town guests

  • Coordinate location decor and distribute favors, programs, etc provided by Client

  • Rental Returns after the event

The Final Touch

Month-of  Coordination

 

For the Client who has done all the work and want to relax and enjoy it all on the day of the event. Turn the detail over to us, take a deep breath and indulge

 

  • One (1) acclimation site visit to the venue with you

  • 4 hours of pre-event consultation a planning at least 4 weeks prior to the event

  • Contract review and discussion (Optional)

  • Up to 2 hours to oversee and coordinate rehearsal

  • Extensive and detailed Day of Timeline for vendors and participants

  • Up to 8 hours of onsite coordination services on day of event (includes ceremony)

  • Coordinate vendors and oversee set up on day of event

  • Participant coordination (i.e. Bridal Party)

  • Two onsite coordinators on day of event

 

 

The Essentials Package

 

For the DIY Client who just need a little guidance and confirmation from a professional to pull the vision together!!  

 

  • Up to 8hrs of pre-event consultation with Client and Vendors  (add’l time available at hourly rate

  • Contact list of up to 4 vendors (additional vendors available for a fee)
