We are equipped with certified wedding planners and award-winning event coordinators to provide a full array of services to execute an exclusive production for your wedding or event.

The Total Experience is for the Client who wants the expertise of a professional from start to finish. From the moment you engage us, our responsibility is to professionally orchestrate everything that needs to be done to execute your Wedding Day production. We will curate your wedding day dreams into a luxurious wedding day Experience!
The Total Experience includes Planning, Coordinating and Design & Decor Services, and typically starts 12 months or more from your event date

For the Client who has done all the major planning tasks and but need a professional to execute all the logistical plans you've put in place. Our Event Managment Coordinators will take over ... just turn the detail over to us, take a deep breath and indulge on your wedding day.

Having fun planning your wedding or event?
Are you just lookig for some guidelines, advise, or need confirmation from a professional view?
Need direction or insight in a specific area?
Then this service is for you. Our Wedding or Event Consultant service allows you to plan your event your way, while we provide constructive advise and guidance from the background. We start with four (4) hours of consultations that you get to schedule at your own pace, and additional hours can always be purchased. We will review all that you've done, or plan to do, and guide you in the right direction to complete. This service is available for either weddings or event planning.
For the Client who need just the basics … a new set of eyes and take charge manager behind the scenes of your wedding day.

Bridal Attendant with Bridal Party throughout the preparation activities
Wedding Coordinator to Direct the Ceremony Processional, and provide
Installation Team appropriate for your design setup
Event Designer (yours truly!!) to lead Installation team and Vendor Partners
Completely transformed Ceremony Location, Cocktail Space, Reception Room according to our Design Plans
Handle the placement and distribution of all accessories, signage, guest favors, and any other personalized wedding items you've purchased
Assist with guest accommodations, transportation, and child care vendors if necessary
Provide a stocked Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Assistance with preparing Gratuity envelopes to Vendors

Attending vendor collaboration meetings (including dress shopping, stylist consults and trials)
Facilitate Ceremony Rehearsal
Provide Guest List Management and RSVP Tracking if required
Follow up confirmation calls and meetings with all vendor partners involved in the wedding production
Unlimited access for consultations, advise and regular meetings throughout the planning process
