No matter the size of your budget or how intimate the setting, your wedding or event will be designed with your specifications in mind. Our Design Execution proposal outlines the services we will provide and the investment required to book us for your event. This investment include, but not limited to -
Theme Development, Research, Project Planning and Vendor Sourcing
Site Visits necessary for Design Planning, and Venue walkthrough with you, venue representative, and/or Wedding Planner/Coordinator
Budget Analysis and Consultation to determine design options and feasibility
Comprehensive Design Plan, including Sketches and Digital mockups (in 3D if possible) of major design elements and event spaces
Client Planning Checklist and your Customized Production Checklist
Venue Floorplan, Design Layouts, & Seating Chart preparation
Custom Stationary designs: Welcome Sign, Menu Cards, Place Cards, and other printable signage (does not include printing)

Design Execution
Once you've accepted our Design Execution proposal and retained our services, your date is officially booked, and now the work begins!! We start with scheduling an indepth design meeting to develop the scope of your event and pinpoint your goals. We will -
Create a Production Proposal in alignment with your budget
Source and establish a compatible Vendor Team
Initiate and Review Vendor Proposals and present Contracts for your approval
Present a Design Plan, Event Layout, Venue Floorplan
Provide a Design Production Checklist, which is a breakdown of all design elements, including centerpieces, florals and specialty rentals
Manage all event day logistics on your behalf

After you have approved our design plan and we've established the budget, the production phase begins. We will collaborate with all the relevant vendor partners to secure rentals, make required purchases, and set your production into motion. You don't need to source any vendors if you don't want you - we'll handle all the details. It's full steam ahead with all the plans we've made over the previous months.
